South Coast - East Cornwall List of Beaches

Cornwall’s Beaches can have dangers; it is important to check on tides and observe warning signs and flags. Bathing, swimming, surfing etc should only be undertaken with care and where possible where there are lifeguards and within designated areas. It is advisable not to use inflatables when there is an offshore wind.

Because of extent of foreshore in Cornwall that is accessible on foot there will inevitably be places that are not included in the list of beaches although every effort has been made by the author to make the list as comprehensive as possible. Also, some beaches may be known by other names although local usage is included wherever possible.
